Have you ever been Addicted to Electronics or thought why you or someone uses so much time on their addiction? So why do people get so addicted? Is it a mental illness? Or a Disease? You will probably know after you finish reading THIS Essay!
There are many reasons people get addicted but sometimes due to Boredom or Loneliness so people watch T.V. or get Social, Watch Videos, and ETC. Someone could do their Addiction maybe because he/she is the only person or has no free friends by time or good friends so they spend their time on the Internet. Addiction also happens because sometimes people get bored or home alone or maybe it’s bad weather outside, so they can't go out so they stay in the house and use the Internet. People could use social websites like Facebook, Twitter, MSN, Instagram and much more! So people sometimes use the Internet to meet new people. Meeting new people is good but it could get you addicted because if you use the Internet to get new friends and stay in touch very often then you just might make you Addicted to being Social.
People spend time on Electronics for many reasons but they usually do because electronics are easy to use and they always keep our attention by giving us new challenges almost every day. They are addicting because you can socialize with your friends and it keeps us from being lonely so we play games, do research, socialize, etc. which makes you addicted to the computers. Video games are especially addictive because they allow us to be a good guy, a bad guy, someone who we want to be or do something in place we want to be which is in video games. If you play too much and you get defensive against the time you get to play or get weaker at studies or spend more time on your addiction than you should, then Electronics just might cause you to get Addicted to Computers
Video games are also another part of addiction and many things cause people to get addicted. Video Games give people a lot of happiness when you complete something really hard which is really hard for other people to complete and when they finally complete something, then it must have been hard work so they will get addicted and more and more. Then people play MMORPG Games which people team up and play with people from all over the world and these games are better than normal games because you can play with and against the world and it gives you many challenges and it’s so fun playing online, then they become more addicted to Video Games. MMORPG games never end and people try completing these games so they play for many hours per day and the game never ends which then makes them even more addicted. Loads of People don't know what causes them to get addicted but then later they do and they stop it from ruling over their life.
So I'm hoping you understood it's a MENTAL ILLNESS!!! Addiction can happen to Adults in many ways. It can also happen to Children in Many Different Ways. So those are the Causes of Electronic Addiction.
